Works of Aleksandr Kuzmin are interesting and extraordinary with exquisite forms. Manysidedness of his creative personality becomes apparent in passion for both stand and monumental sculpture. His works are different in both themes and interpretations, from scrupulously worked out details to generalized forms. Favorite master’s material is bronze because due to its plasticity the artist easily reproduces his interesting and innovative arrangements and complicated motion lines that he likes so much. Just owing to them different nuances and emotions can be better conveyed. There is the combination of dynamics and statics in his works with hidden outrush of emotions inside not with standing visible tranquility. Or vice versa when a form which is dynamic on the outside bears a stem of peace of mind inside. Kuzmin easily comprehends typical life moments and that’s why his sculptures are so light and vivid. Each work of the artist firmly holds space around itself, and the plastic of forms creates interesting silhouettes. Very often with a more detailed viewing of the work, we start to notice barely visible but important details. They are bringing not only the element of suddenness, but also complementing the composition. His works are different by mood, full of inner harmony and outer beauty.
